There isn’t the ‘right’ way to engage in therapy; it just has to feel right for you.
This is a 60-minute session where we can meet via a video call or work together via email, audio-only or telephone call. We can also toggle between them. If you’re not sure where to begin, online counselling could be a safe and flexible option for you—a space where you’ll be in control of your time and environment.
If having the camera off helps you feel more comfortable to open up, let’s do that. If you need more flexibility and the safety of not being heard or seen, email counselling may be a helpful option for you. We have the flexibility to work at your pace.
