Crisis support
If you’re here, you may be seriously worried about yourself or someone else and you may need to speak to someone urgently.
You may be thinking about harming yourself or someone else. You may be having suicidal thoughts and ideas.
What you’re experiencing is really tough and it can feel very lonely. But there’s no shame in how you’re feeling, you’re not alone and help is available - to help you stay safe.
I cannot offer crisis or emergency support but the organisations below may be helpful to you.
