90-Minute Single Session

If you're not looking for ongoing therapy or you're unsure what kind of support you need, a 90-minute Single Session could be a helpful alternative.

It offers a space to pause, reflect, process what’s been weighing on you, and explore what you might need next. This one-off session can also support your ongoing well-being on an ad-hoc basis. Unlike traditional counselling, which involves regular sessions to explore deeper patterns over time, a Single Session is more focused. It’s ideal if you have a specific concern in mind or simply want some clarity, grounding, or direction.

You may want to consider this option if:

  • You’re feeling conflicted or stuck about something specific. You want to talk things through in a confidential, non-biased, and non-judgemental setting.

  • You’re regularly exposed to distressing events in your work.

  • You’ve had counselling before and want occasional sessions to maintain your wellbeing.

This session can be for anything from space and time to work through a specific topic, process your experiences, or a safe space to externalise your thoughts, feelings, and emotions.

Due to a time-limited session, you’re encouraged to think more specifically about what you want and need from this 90-minute session.

Once we’ve had our initial 15-minute introductory session and agreed to work together, you will be sent all the information you’ll need to get started, so we can be ready to dive in when the session begins.
